Hi! I'm Lara, a Product Designer based in London with a background in illustration and motion design from UAL. I love taking complex, often overwhelming problems and turning them into experiences that feel simple, human, and trustworthy. Whether that's a regulated insurance journey or an AI-powered hiring tool, I'm always asking the same question: how do we make this feel easier for the person on the other side of the screen?

I'm naturally curious and a bit of a design nerd at heart. I get genuinely excited by the process: pulling the flow apart in a workshop, a hover transition that feels just right, the moment a messy problem finally starts clearing up. I care just as much about the craft as I do about the strategy behind it.

Both in and out of work, I believe in staying curious, open, and on the lookout for all things pretty. That's why, outside the office, you can find me trying new veggie food around London, watching plays, and taking pictures along the way!
